The Fellowship is designed to bring together individuals who are driven by passion and a shared goal of personal growth and skill development. Through this program, participants are given the opportunity to delve into various aspects of Policy Research, Strategy, and Communications in a practical, hands-on manner. The aim is to immerse individuals in real-world scenarios and grassroots realities, providing a unique platform for self-discovery and the pursuit of one’s true calling. By fostering a community of like-minded individuals, the Fellowship encourages exploration, broadening of perspectives, and the acquisition of valuable skills essential for professional advancement. It is a journey of growth, learning, and ultimately finding one’s place in the world of policy research and communications.

Development & Mentorship:

The Fellowship will provide Fellows with valuable opportunities to learn from influential figures in India and enhance their critical thinking and functional abilities, essential for driving positive social change. By facilitating interactions with top thought leaders, the program aims to equip Fellows with the skills and knowledge needed to amplify their impact on society.

Certificate of Completion & Letter of Recommendation:

After successfully finishing the fellowship program, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion to acknowledge their accomplishment. Additionally, individuals may receive a Letter of Recommendation to showcase their skills and dedication in the field.

Post-fellowship Alumni Network:

Fellows will be part of a post-fellowship Alumni Network, which will include experts and grassroots leaders, from various regions, and fields. This network aims to foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and support among a diverse group of individuals.
